Are your products for human use?
No. All Retanova materials are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines and are not for human or veterinary use.
How is each batch tested?
Every batch is analysed by an independent UK laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry. The certificate is linked to your batch ID.
Where can I find the certificate of analysis?
On each product page and on our Lab Reports page. The batch ID on your vial matches the report.
When will my order arrive?
Orders before 2pm Mon–Fri dispatch the same day. Standard tracked delivery takes 2–3 working days.
How should I store materials?
Store lyophilised materials in a cool, dry place away from light. Follow the storage guidance on the product page.
Can I return an order?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us first so we can arrange it.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we ship to UK addresses only.
